The buildings in the Whitehouse Square Art Colony have been designed to allow units to be divided in any size desired from 200 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft. On the business level and apartments and lofts from 650 sq.ft. studios, 780 sq.ft. 1-bedroom, and 936 sq.ft. 2-bedrooms.

Our goal is to attract a wide range of artisans: music, dance, theater, painting, glass, metal sculpture, and all types of crafts. Mixed in will be a bakery, deli, wine and cheese, candy store, corner grocery, and cafés and coffee shops.

The design gives 16' sidewalks with areas for outside dining. There is also a 14' non-vehicle street for displays and street markets. Along with studios and galleries, classes in all the arts will be available. Street musicians and artists are encouraged.

Watch for wine and cheese tasting on Friday nights, along with street parties.

We will encourage guilds from Kentucky and Tennessee to share their art with our artists for consignment sales.
